Janeshia Adams-Ginyard is an American actress, stunt woman, professional wrestler, sports radio personality and motivational speaker. She is known for her role as a Dora Milaje in Marvel's film Black Panther (2018) and her work as a stuntwoman on Black Panther (2018) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018).
It was a natural progression for Caroline Day to take her love of competition and performing to the next level, and she became a professional stuntwoman performing in films and TV. She found her way to Hollywood and was invited to join the United Stuntwomen’s Association. She is also a board member of the Stuntwomen’s Foundation.
