The Taurus World Stunt Awards are held mid-year every year in Los Angeles. The award ceremony honors stunt performers in movies. The Taurus Awards deciding committee was formed in 2000 and the first awards were given out in 2001. In the tradition of Hollywood’s finest awards presentations, the best stuntwomen and men in the entertainment industry will be recognized for their extraordinary performances in feature films of 2002.

About the Film: Los Angeles police officer Brian O’Conner must decide where his loyalty really lies when he becomes enamored with the street racing world he has been sent undercover to destroy.
The Stunt: Truck hijacking (daytime). Black sports car drives in front of, and then swerves under, the semi-truck at high speed. It comes out the other side, is bumped by the semi, hits a pipe ramp and lands in the desert.
